Blue Door Property Management and Renovation is a small family business. We will lease your property from you for 2-3 years as your tenant. We then rent rooms on individual Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreements. Most of all - we are passionate about our business and have a financial interest and we treat your house as if it is one of our own.

Blue Door Properties cooperated with G8 Property Management Ltd from Rotherham. One of their landlord lives outside West Yorkshire and luckily for them, we operate in this area. So they approached us via social media asking if we could help them to rent out this one bedroom, unfurnished apartment.

In this case, we took care of property cleaning, dressing and advertising. We also run tenants checks. We had a great response and we didn't even use any of the big property portals, like Zoopla or Rightmove.  We have a huge database of professional tenants so we are confident in using social media only.
